Collecting rent is easy if you have the perfect tenant who pays on time! But what if they don’t? Having someone in your corner who knows tenant law and the proper notices to send is critical!

If a tenant has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we have timely, consistent protocol including both courtesy contacts to the tenant as well as all appropriate legal steps as necessary. Worse case, if we have a tenant that does stop paying rent, we will assist in the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly.

We make paying rent easy for tenants with an online tenant portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage tenants to pay online without convenience fees, which means we can pay you out faster.

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly.

We screen our tenants' credit score, a national criminal background screen, proof of income, proof of employment, past rental history and more to greatly reduce the risk of an eviction. However, they can still occur.

We offer Eviction Management services including:

• Sign and serve in the property owner’s name all notices required to initiate and pursue the eviction process
• Commence and prosecute actions to evict tenants
• Recover possession of the property in the owner’s name
• Recover rents and other amounts due
• We are so confident in our tenant screening process that as an add on we offer $2,500 in eviction services fees for an eviction due to non-payment of rent by any fully approved tenant that we have approved through our system.
